Barbara Truan, president and founder
of Renaissance Management, has over twenty years of
experience in training and facilitation as a consultant,
executive coach, corporate manager, school administrator,
and master teacher. Her ability to connect with people
and her lively training style generates high enthusiasm
and interest, as participants are actively and productively
involved in improvement strategies.
Barbara
builds high performance teams, designs and facilitates
innovative training programs, and increases the performance
quality of processes and services. Barbara is well known
for her ability to balance her work with professional
expertise and a tremendous sense of humor.
